About us

We're building the operating system for UPS & power distribution businesses.

The companies that sell, install and service UPS (uninterruptible power supply) & power distribution systems run some of the most complex operations around — and deserve software actually built for them, not a generic tool. That's what we get up in the morning to build.

Why we built it

It started with a gap nobody was serving

Look closely at a company that sells and services UPS and power-distribution systems — along with the inverters, batteries, stabilisers, panels and gensets around them — and you'll find some of the hardest operations in business. A single machine can carry a quote, an install, a warranty, an AMC, a stack of service visits and a renewal, stretched across years and across teams.

Yet most of these companies hold it together with spreadsheets, WhatsApp and memory. Quotes live in one place, complaints in another, contracts in a third, and the renewal is tracked by whoever happens to remember. Revenue and trust leak straight out of the gaps.

The tools that could fix this are priced per seat and take months to implement — so the businesses that need them most never get to use them.

We didn't think that was fair. So we set out to build one platform that carries the whole lifecycle — sell, install, service, renew— on one customer and one machine history. Priced per module with unlimited users, so it doesn't punish you for growing. Live the day you sign up, because there shouldn't be a consultant standing between a business and its own software. And built for India from the first line: GST, DPDPA, INR, hosted here.

That's BusinessOps360. We're early, and we're building in the open — but the mission is simple: give UPS & power distribution businesses software that finally fits how they actually work.

What we believe

The principles behind every decision

These aren't slogans — each one shows up as a concrete choice in the product and the price.

01

Built for India, not adapted to it

GST invoicing, DPDPA alignment, INR billing and in-country hosting are defaults, not add-ons or localisation projects. This is home ground.

02

Your bill shouldn't punish growth

We charge per module, with unlimited users. Hiring your tenth engineer or your fiftieth shouldn’t cost you a rupee more in software.

03

Useful on day one

No implementation project, no setup fee, no consultant on the critical path. Software should start earning its keep the week you turn it on.

04

One record beats ten tools

Sell, install, service and renew belong on the same customer and the same machine — so nothing is retyped and nothing falls through the cracks.

05

Honest about what's built and what's next

We publish our roadmap as plans, not promises, and label them clearly. We'd rather under-claim than oversell.

06

Software should remove work, not add it

If a feature makes someone's day heavier instead of lighter, it doesn't belong. The point is fewer spreadsheets, not more screens.
